In the year 2023, Turkey will celebrate the 100th anniversary of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s founding of the modern republic. To mark the occasion, the government is embarking on an ambitious policy agenda aimed at making Turkey one of the world’s top-10 economies. But achieving this goal will require balancing political, economic, and security concerns with the dreams and aspirations of a nation of 80 million people. This mini documentary explores the challenges and opportunities Turkey faces in the coming years through the everyday lives of its people.
